REFUND POLICY.
At REPROCON Institute, we are committed to transparency and the satisfaction of our supporters and collaborators. As a Civil Society Organization in the Public Interest (OSCIP), our refund policy is clear and straightforward.
Donations
Non-Refundable: Donations made to the REPROCON Institute are considered voluntary contributions to support our conservation goals and initiatives. Therefore, they are non-refundable.
Products and Services
Return Conditions: In the event of product or service sales, we accept returns only if the products are in the same condition as received, unused, and in the original packaging. Services that do not meet previously agreed expectations will also be reviewed for a possible refund.
Request Period: Requests for product returns or service refunds must be made within SEVEN calendar days from the date of receipt.

After analysis and approval, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back.

The cost of return shipping, unless due to defect or shipping error, will be the client's responsibility.
Refunds: The refund will be processed after receiving and inspecting the returned product and will be issued in the same payment method used for the original purchase within 10 business days.
Defective Products or Shipping Errors
Institutional Error: If the product is defective or there is any error in order shipment, the client should contact us immediately, and we will resolve the issue at no additional cost.
